IS THERE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?

To put it briefly; no. Feel free to contact us with any interest you have in improving your landscape, and we can work together to see what works best. We do not take contracts for maintenance or lawn care, but happily refer service providers for our design/installation customers.

 

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR ESTIMATES AND PROJECTS?

After a scheduled meeting covering the scope of work desired and detailed plans and materials, we can generally furnish an itemized estimate for your project within one to two weeks. In order to get your new landscape underway, there is usually a four to six week wait time. Our work load and schedule is constantly shifting, however, so this time frame may change.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

Once the details of a project have been agreed upon and a contract signed, there is still room for adjustment. At any point of the construction process or even leading up to it, we are more than happy to accommodate changes to the original design. All changes must be agreed upon by both parties, and the appropriate adjustments will be made to the final contract and its price (if necessary). If for some reason there is a complete change of heart, your deposit can be partially refunded with the appropriate "Notice of Cancellation", which is included in our contract. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

In order to secure your place in line and ensure prompt commencement of your redesign, there is typically a $1000 - $10,000+ deposit (or 10%-25%+ of the total project price, whichever is less) required. This deposit is accompanied by signed contracts and guarantees the timely realization of your landscape dreams. As the project begins and develops, there are generally incremental payments to be made in relation to the work being done and its cost (materials, etc.). Final payment is due within ten days of project completion.
